The different types of internet service providers also offer different bandwidths at different costs. Time warner, Google fiber, and Dish are going to be the ones that I will be talking about in the below paragraphs. I am a little biased towards Time Warner cable, but I am going to try to not let that show in the statements below.

Google Fiber is a fairly fast internet provider, benchmarked at a upload speed of 1Gbps, and a download speed benchmarked at a speed of 1Gbps as well. This ISP will be close to 100 times faster than other internet providers. The fact that it is not available to all of the public means it has no proof. Being tested by the public, is going to be the true test of this ISP.

Time warner cable is a fast internet provider with a bandwidth of up to 50 Mbps. This doesn't even come close to Google Fiber, but then again, Time warner seems to be one of the fastest ISP's out today. But this could change as Google Fiber is released to the public. This service will cost around $34.99 per month.

Dish network is one of the slowest ISP's out today, with a bandwidth of only 12Mbps. This is okay for a user that is not really tech savvy, but being a very heavy internet user I would be much more pleased going with Time Warner cable, or Google Fiber. But this ISP is the cheapest of the three, at a low price of $14.99 per month.
