I also enjoy taking things apart figuring out how they work. I know some people are just thankful that things work but that's never satisfied me. I need to know the mechanics. When I know how something works, then it's so easy for me to fix any problem that arises. That compulsion has been a problem for me since I was a kid; evident when my brand new RC car was taken apart minutes after I recieved it for Christmas. All things above that relate to computers in some way, now to talk about something completely different, music. I love music as much as I love nerding out. What can I say? I have a very broad range of interests. I have been around music as long as I can remember. There is just something about performing that can't be put into words; it's a kind of serenity.

For those of you that don't know me, the name is Travis Huddleston. I'm a huge
nerd. I enjoy anything from video games to programming to a joke containing the word "sudo". When I'm
not on the computer for school, I'm on the computer for fun. I don't know of
many more enjoyable ways to past the day and most of the night away other than
playing video games. When you're a little kid, you play video games because of
the story or because it's on a subject you enjoy. However, growing up "nerd" made
me enjoy and appreciate the time and love and effort that went in to creating
my favorite game. I've tried to teach myself animation and stopped after a stick
figure took me a couple hours.
