The Department of Electrical Engineering and Computer Science at Ohio University has been a participant in the Mentor Graphics Higher Education Program (HEP) since 1994. Our VLSI Lab provides Mentor Graphics advanced EDA tools for students and faculty who have accounts in Room 301, Stocker Center. The requirements should be met if you are a new user of Mentor tools.
