 Here is a shot from Spring Quarter 2007 of OU students on the Mönchsberg looking over to the Old City in  Salzburg, Austria.  You can see spires and domes from Salzburg's many churches, the Festung (fortress) towering above, and the Alps in the background.  

Salzburg is the site of Ohio University's Spring Quarter Study Abroad program, for which you - as a student of the 100  level German series - are eligible!  (In fact, the Salzburg Program can give you, as a 111 student, the opportunity to complete your language requirement in one year!)   Follow this link for more information about the program.
