Food, Fun, Fellowship, and Festivities



The halls were decked in anticipation of Christmas

Candles were lit and friends old and new gathered round the tables.







President and Curator Geoff Bourne introduced guests and thanked them for their support of the Museum.

Bill Reich introduced the participants of the popular "Show-and-Tell"

Judy Taylor showed a set of movie records complete with the center mirror to show animation as the record turned.





Jack Woodrum showed a 1928 Splitdorf radio and a 1922 Revophone crystal set








Rich Post showed an Altec-Lansing A-324A amplifier and a Zenith G-500 "Royalty of Radio" Transoceanic






Terry Layman showed a Super Ball antenna, a RadioRing game, and an airplane control believed to be a radio remote tuning device.





Larry Koppleman showed a BC-348 bomber liaison radio from World War II and a Rockola jukebox amplifier.




Tom Resler showed a 1931 Crosley TRF grandfather clock radio.




Geoff Bourne showed four European radios.

A 1936 Sachsenwerk "Super Olympia 54"

A British Philco model 333 "People's Set"

an Ericsson


and a French model D-E-L-A crystal set showing an image of the Eiffel Tower (where the transmitting antenna was located)
