Submit your contract and deposit

Completing a housing and dining services contract is just that—a contract, legally binding for the entire academic year in which it is submitted.

As part of the online process, you will be accepting the terms of the contract before you are able to finalize your contract. Be sure to read and become familiar with the university housing requirement, as well as all contract terms, dates, and deadlines.

You may make changes to your contract after submitting by logging back into the housing application. Roommate selection will not be available in MyHousing until May 2, 2015. If you have any trouble, please contact Residential Housing at housing@ohio.edu.

Choose a dining plan

Pay $200 housing deposit  

Beginning January 5

Deadline for requesting housing deposit refund  

May 1

Room selection begins (students will receive a scheduled date/time)  

May 7

Deadline to complete a housing exemption form (if applicable)  

June 1

Purchase Bobcat Cash for use at on-campus laundry venues, coffee shops, and bookstore  

Mid July

Move-in during times scheduled according to last name  

August 20-21

Start fall semester classes
