Completing a Housing and Dining Services Contract is just that—a contract, legally binding for the entire academic year in which it is submitted.
As part of the online process, you will be accepting the terms of the contract before you are able to complete the preference portion. Be sure to read and become familiar with the University Housing Requirement, as well as all contract terms, dates, and deadlines.
