The Web Process element is in the "Miscellaneous" category of the Element Gallery.
Once placed on a page, you "click to define the Web Process element," and you will see a dialog window that permits you to specify the URL (with login ID and password, if it is password-protected), the proxy server if one is needed, and the update schedule.
CommonSpot will access the URL you have specified, strip off the HEAD segment and BODY tag, strip off the /BODY and /HTML tags and anything that follows them, and insert the remaining HTML at that point in your page. You cannot edit that content, except by changing the update schedule or other Web Process element properties.
