How to email yourself a URL from within Netscape

First we need to make a couple of changes to the machine sitting on your desk now. Since this is a public lab, your email address etc isn't set up correctly.
  1. Click the Options menu
  2. Choose Preferences...
  3. Click on the drop down list and select Mail and News from it
  4. The dialog box will change
  5. Type ouvaxa.cats.ohio u.edu as the email server
  6. Type in your name
  7. Type in your email address
  8. Type in your organization (Messy or Clean)
  9. Click Okay

Now we will email the URL to ourselves. While you are looking at the Excercises screen, NOT THIS ONE

  1. Click on the File menu
  2. Choose Mail Document...
  3. In the Mail To: Field, type your email address
  4. Click send
