Oxbow pedestrian path closed, steps remain open

The pedestrian path from Oxbow Drive, across from Bird Arena, through the old river bed will be closed until Thursday, Feb. 12 at 8 a.m. This work is necessary to relocate a gas line. However, the steps adjacent to the path will remain open.
