Chillicothe welcomes Ohio University's Bicentennial (02/27/2004) By now, everyone in the state knows Ohio's statehood started in Chillicothe. What will become better known on March 6 is that Chillicothe also is where the roots of Ohio University were planted 200 years ago. To commemorate the founding of the University, Chillicothe is hosting several celebrations on Statehood Day, March 6.

NASA donates robotics equipment to Ohio University (02/27/2004) NASA's Langley Research Center turned a long-term loan of robotics equipment into a permanent gift for Ohio University's Fritz J. and Dolores H. Russ College of Engineering and Technology. The donation, including robotic wrists and arm, is valued around $321,000.

Most respond with personality traits; Pillay responds with the color of his skin. "One a day-to-day basis, I have to constantly think of myself as a person of color," he says.
