Alden's Fall Diversity Lecture Series continues Nov. 10
The second presentation of Alden Library’s Fall Diversity Lecture Series titled "Partnering for 40 years: African American Studies and Alden Library" will be held at 3 p.m. on Tuesday, Nov. 10, in the Friends of the Library Room (Alden 319).
The featured speaker is Deanda Johnson, coordinator of the African American Research and Services Institute and visiting professor in the Department of African American Studies. Her presentation is titled "Freedom Denied: African American Prison Literature and Other Stories of Confinement."
Light refreshments will be served. This event is free and opened to the public.
