Ohio University will hold a 2009 H1N1 vaccination clinic on Sunday, Jan. 10, for all Ohio University faculty, staff, students and dependents.
The clinic will take place at the Walter Hall rotunda from 1 to 6 p.m. There are no health or age restrictions for receiving the vaccine.
Assistant Vice President for Safety and Risk Management David Hopka strongly encouraged members of the university community to take advantage of the clinic.
"According to the Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC), getting a 2009 H1N1 vaccine is the best way to protect yourself against the H1N1 virus," he said.
There is no preregistration and no charge for this vaccination clinic. For more information about H1N1 and the clinic schedule, please visit the university's H1N1 Web site at www.ohio.edu/h1n1.
