University to close Monday for MLK Day

Ohio University will be closed Monday, Jan. 18, in observance of the national Martin Luther King Jr. Day holiday. The closure includes all five regional campuses and the College of Osteopathic Medicine.
The university will reopen Tuesday, Jan. 19, operating under normally scheduled hours.
OHIO has planned five days of activities in honor of King's legacy, beginning Thursday, Jan. 14, and ending Monday, Jan. 18. Events include workshops and speakers, community service projects, a silent march and a commemorative brunch. Click here to see a full list of scheduled activities.
Latitude 39 and the West 82 food court in Baker University Center will be closed Saturday, Sunday and Monday. During the holiday weekend, campus dining hall hours and other Baker University Center venue hours are subject to change. To obtain the official schedule (in PDF format), click here.
