As Ohio University's Founders Day celebration on Friday, Feb. 19, nears, we feature the custodian of Ohio University's storied past.
University Archivist and Records Manager Bill Kimok maintains the Ohio University archives, encompassing the history of our institution, dating back to its founding in 1804. The university's Robert E. and Jean R. Mahn Center for Archives and Special Collections also houses rare artifacts including a handwritten,13th century illuminated Bible and a large collection of imprints from the hand-press period.
