 Classified Senate hosts open forumsClassified Senate will be conducting a series of open forums to allow classified staff the opportunity to obtain information about the effects of the University Osteopathic Medical Center (UOMC) privatization. Items to be discussed include the displacement process, EEG, the hiring freeze and other issues of concern to classified employees. "In keeping with our 'Can you hear US now?' theme, we feel that it's important to schedule open meetings where employees can have their questions answered," said Alexis Cline, Classified Senate chair. The schedule for the open forums is as follows: - Wednesday, Feb. 26, from 2 to 3 p.m., HRTC 141/145
- Monday, March 3, from noon to 1 p.m., HRTC 241/243
- Tuesday, March 4, from 8 to 9 a.m., Copeland Hall 104
- Monday, March 10, from 5 to 6 p.m., State Room, Baker Center
