Ohio university chairs and directors will meet with university officials on Sept. 17 to discuss strategies for addressing possible academic and employment challenges stemming from the H1N1 virus, previously known as "swine flu." The meeting will be streamed live from 4 to 5 p.m. and archived on the university's H1N1 Web site.
The agenda for the meeting will consist of a brief update on the university's H1N1 contingency plans followed by the opportunity for the chairs and directors to ask questions of a panel of university representatives.
The panel will include representation from the following offices: Bursar, Registrar, Student Health Services, Information Technology, Education Abroad, University Human Resources, Legal Affairs, Safety & Risk Management, Dean of Students, Financial Aid, International Student and Faculty Services, Graduate College, Research and Admissions.
Employees are encouraged to contact their chairs or directors before the meeting with any questions or concerns related to H1N1 that they would like to see addressed.
