Vice President for Research and Dean of the Graduate College Rathindra Bose released a progress report Friday on research and graduate education to the Ohio University community.
The report details advances in the creation of Ohio University's new Graduate College, including the development of policies and procedures, an electronic admissions system, enhanced recruitment efforts and assistance to graduate students seeking external funding and fellowships.
Bose also shared highlights from the university's research initiatives, including the receipt of new stimulus funding, enhanced opportunities for research commercialization and the development of centers of excellence proposals.
