New insurance cards, forms available for OHIO vehicles

New insurance cards for university vehicles are now available and must be placed in each vehicle by the beginning of the fiscal year, July 1.
Also included with the insurance cards are accident-reporting forms, which must be completed and turned in to Risk Management in the event of a vehicle accident.
The cards and forms are available at Risk Management, located at the HDL Center in office 166H of Treasury Management. For more information, contact George Wendt, university risk manager, at 597-1298 or e-mail him at wendtg@ohio.edu.
