Procurement Services, along with the Education and Institutional Cooperative, will hold a vendor fair featuring vendors that accept the American Express card from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. on Tuesday, June 2, in Baker University Center ballroom. Individual appointments with vendors will be available upon request from 2 to 5 p.m.
The fair will feature preferred vendors who accept Ohio University's purchasing card for IT supplies, furniture, sporting goods, food retailers, professional moving services and maintenance supplies. Internal vendors, such as Printing Resources, Parking Services and Travel World will also be present.
Also at the fair, employees can sign up to enroll in direct deposit of their paychecks.
"This is a rare opportunity to meet some of our suppliers face to face and for them to answer questions about their plethora of goods and services," Chief Procurement Officer Frank Corris said.
Prizes will be raffled and light refreshments will be served.
