Up for discussion and approval is a resolution to roll back health care premiums to July 2007 levels if the university decides to increase employee health care costs for the next fiscal year. The roll back is requested because that year's premium increase was not approved by Faculty Senate, a requirement that is spelled out in the Faculty Handbook.

Also, Associate Vice President for Human Resources Luis Lewin and Director of Benefits Greg Fialko will speak about health care benefits during the Finance and Facilities Committee report. Senior Vice President for Finance and Administration Bill Decatur and Sally Neidhard, vice president of Student Senate, also will speak.
