Service center, Accounts Payable move to HDL Center

The Business Service Center and Accounts Payable will move from 9 Factory St. to the HDL Center this week and next. Service center operations relocated Monday to HDL 168, and Accounts Payable will move on Monday, Feb. 9, to HDL 213.
The Business Service Center handles administrative functions for Finance and Administration, such as purchasing card oversight, Family and Medical Leave Act functions and direct payment processing. Accounts Payable processes all invoices for payment.
Assistant Vice President for Shared Services Mark Hopton said the moves would bring functions from strategic procurement to payment into one location and facilitate coordination with the new Student Information System, which also will be located in the HDL Center.
All campus mail for these departments should be sent to HDL 168.
