Parking Services will consider Monday, Aug. 31, through Monday, Sept. 7, to be the fall quarter move-in period. Parking restrictions will be adjusted during this period to accommodate the large number of students who will be moving in and requiring access to dorm areas for loading and unloading purposes.
The dark green and purple lots will be open parking areas in a valid, legal space without a time restriction of 30 minutes for longer term parking needs.
The light green lots (lots 18, 19, and 20) near Bromley Hall will be open to students who are moving into Bromley Hall from Thursday, Sept. 3, through Sunday, Sept. 6. Parking within the light green lots will be limited to 30 minutes per vehicle to allow continuous access to this area. Faculty/staff who typically park in these light green lots must park in a dark green or purple lot to allow student access to this area.
Parking within areas that are typically non-parking areas such as curbs and drives (East Green Drive, for example) will be limited to 30-minute parking. Please ensure that parking in these areas is utilized for unloading purposes only, and the vehicle is moved to a dark green or purple lot as soon as unloading is complete.
All fees must be paid when parking at a meter. Please see each meter for fees and time limits.
