More on shared services Nov. 21, 2007 Steps toward shared services The project team hopes to have shared services in place at the university within the next two years. Here is a general timeline for implementation: - November 2007 - retain consultant to help gather data
- December 2007 - hire director of shared services
- Winter 2008 - collect data
- Spring 2008 - identify functions to initially move to shared model, develop plan
- July 2008 - implement limited number of shared services centers
- July 2009 - fully implement shared services
