Winners of the president and vice president positions are AAA party members Michael Adeyanju and Sally Neidhard, respectively; Maleka Anderson of the Birthday Party ticket was elected treasurer.

In all, 2,765 students, or about 17 percent, of the eligible student body voted. Of those who voted, 53 percent live off campus. The turnout was down from last year, when roughly 4,600 students, or 23 percent, voted.

The election was held Thursday and was extended on Tuesday for residents of Bromley, Voigt and Scott Quadrangle to compensate for a minor coding error that initially prevented voters from logging on in those three halls.

Peter Wickman was elected president of Graduate Student Senate, while vice presidents are Stephan Oechsle, committees and legislative affairs; Paul Isherwood, administration and finance; and Jennifer Schuler, communications.
