The revisions were made in response to recent clarifications in Ohio case law and attorney general opinions concerning the availability of public records, according to Nicolette Dioguardi, associate director of legal affairs. She said the revised policy, among other changes, provides a better explanation for why certain records are not available and includes the stipulation that the university can charge for the cost of copying requested records.
