Work to resolve phone problems continues Mar 13, 2008
Office of Information Technology (OIT) staff have been working to clear up intermittent problems with the Athens campus' wired telephone system that began Monday morning.
Work performed Tuesday night resolved the majority of issues; however, a few lingering issues may persist in a few areas. Staff technicians continue to work on resolving these problems.
Individuals across campus were reporting occasional dropped calls or instances when one party is unable to hear the other. OIT asks that anyone who is still experiencing multiple problems report them to the OIT telephone operators at 740-593-1000.
