The public is invited to submit comments about Ohio University to The Higher Learning Commission of the North Central Association of Colleges and Schools in advance of the regional accrediting agency's periodic evaluation of the university. The university will undergo a comprehensive evaluation visit by the agency April 23-25.
Ohio University participates in the commission's Academic Quality Improvement Program (AQIP), which focuses on an institution's continuing quality improvement. During their visit, members of the accreditation team will review the institution's ability to meet the commission's AQIP criteria for accreditation.

Comments must address substantive matters related to the quality of the institution or its academic programs. They must be in writing and signed and cannot be treated as confidential.
All comments must be received by March 24, 2008.
