Ohio University, Sinclair forge partnership Aug 4, 2008
Executive Vice President and Provost Kathy Krendl and Sinclair Community College Senior Vice President and Provost Helen Grove will sign a memorandum of understanding at 11 a.m. Friday on Sinclair's campus in Dayton.
Sinclair is the fifth community college to officially partner with Ohio University in an approach that allows students to take some of the required classes from the community college and some online from Ohio University. While the agreement makes possible a number of bachelor's degree completion offerings, courses in two degree programs will be available fall quarter, the bachelor of technical and applied sciences and the bachelor of criminal justice.
Sinclair has about 24,000 students.
