ATHENS, Ohio (Sept. 11, 2006) -- In its annual ranking of business colleges, U.S. News & World Report ranked the Ohio University College of Business 99th for 2007. This is an improvement of 17 ranking points from last year.
U.S. News ranked only 189 of the 528 Assembly to Advance Collegiate Schools of Business (AACSB) accredited colleges. Also, there are more than 1,000 additional colleges and universities that offer unaccredited business programs.
The Ohio University College of Business is in an elite group of 168 AACSB accredited colleges that hold a special additional accreditation in accounting.
The College of Business provides a distinctive learning environment that actively engages students, faculty and the business community in developing the knowledge and skills needed for success in a complex, global economy.
