I-129 application processing to increase Aug. 1

-- Due to proposed fee increases by the United States Customs and Immigration Services, effective Aug. 1, the Office of International Student and Faculty Services will increase the fee charged to process an I-129 application for H-1B status to $1,800. This increase will affect all applications started after Aug. 1. It will not affect current applications.
Fee changes for processing permanent resident applications will be announced at a later date. Contact the Office of International Student and Faculty Services at 740-593-4330 for more information.
