ATHENS, Ohio (Feb. 16, 2007) -- The deadline to participate in Ohio University Eastern Campus's Jump Start program is March 15. Any student who applies for admission to the Eastern Campus for fall quarter 2007 by March 15th may take one tuition-free class during the summer and get ahead in his or her college education. Students who wish to participate in Jump Start can receive an application by calling 740-695-1720 or 1-800-648-3331. If the application is completed and returned to the Eastern Campus by the deadline, the student will receive more detailed information in April. In May, there will be an information session where each student will be able to talk to an advisor and register for his or her free class of choice.
