Members of the campus community took the opportunity to give Senior Associate Vice President for Student Affairs and Dean of Students Terry Hogan a tender and humorous send-off Thursday afternoon in Baker University Center. Hogan has accepted a position as vice president for educational and student services at the University of Northern Iowa and will begin his new role Aug. 13.
Hogan has been an Athens fixture since he arrived as a student in 1974 and he has served as dean of students since 1998.
