ST. CLAIRSVILLE, Ohio (Feb. 1, 2006) --Ohio University Eastern will host their Annual Winter Open House on Friday, Feb. 17, from 10 a.m.-1:30 p.m. Area high school juniors and seniors are invited to come and learn about the many benefits of obtaining a degree at the Ohio University Eastern Campus located at 45425 National Rd., west of St. Clairsville.
The open house will give area students and their families the opportunity to tour the Ohio University Eastern Campus and meet with faculty members, advisors, and current students. Those in attendance will also have the opportunity to sit in on a lecture by a professor and experience first hand what college is like. A complimentary lunch will be provided and door prizes will also be awarded.
"The Open House will be a way for potential students to see firsthand what the Eastern Campus has to offer. This will be a time for students to talk one-on-one with faculty, students, staff and administrators about many of the great opportunities that exist at the Eastern Campus" says Paul E. Bibbins, Jr, dean of Ohio University Eastern.
