Bullock was the dean of the Howard University School of Law from 1997 to July 2002, before returning to full-time teaching. Now as a professor of law, she teaches and lectures in the areas of professional ethics, corporations, tax law, estate planning, wills, legal education and mental health.
Bullock's lecture is part of Ohio University’s 50-year commemoration of Brown v. Board of Education, the U.S. Supreme Court decision that made segregation in public schools unconstitutional. This event is sponsored by the Brown v. Board of Education Commemoration Committee, the Martin Luther King Jr. Committee and African American Studies.
