There are no fees to attend OPIE Academic Orientation.
Ohio University OPIE students who have been admitted to the Athens campus and who have passed the TOEFL, or are expected to pass the TOEFL, may attend orientation.
There is no registration process to attend OPIE Academic Orientation. The OPIE office will communicate with the Orientation Programs office who is expected to attend. Participation in the entire program is required for students to register for academic courses.
Students who cannot attend the scheduled orientation, should meet with their academic advisor before registering for classes.
At orientation, students will learn about academic requirements for their programs, and meet with an academic advisor to register for classes.
