BSO is hiring students from all undergraduate colleges to work as Orientation Leaders or Administrative Orientation Leaders during the summer Orientation session and throughout the 2013-14 academic year. Applications will be available beginning November 9, 2012 via our website and applications can be picked-up in Baker Center room 419.
Successfull applicants will be available to work all Orientation dates and attend staff training prior to the start of the program, July 8, 2013 - August 3, 2013 and August 23, 2013. Additionally applicants must attend a two-credit hour class during spring semester.
Applicants must have a minimum cumulative GPA of 2.5 to qualify, however, a 3.0 is preferred for most majors. Applicants must have completed 30 credit hours by January 1, 2013. Additionally, applicants must have graduated from high school prior to 2012.
Current Orientation Leaders will host Information Sessions and those interested can learn more details about the job, the requirements needed to fulfill the position, and have the opportunity to meet some of our current staff members.
