"Advancement through Enlightenment"
Foreword
The
Ohio Review of Law and Ethics is published quarterly by the students of Ohio University. The purpose of this endeavor is to provide our intellectual community of students, legal professionals, educators and scholars, with a forum for legal and ethical discussion. ORLE is a non-profit publication devoted to a casual progression towards--and arrival at-a greater understanding of our legal system. This understanding presumes that this system is dynamic, but more importantly limited to the ideas and interests of its participants. By facilitating a greater volume of participation, this publication can effectively contribute to a common goal within our society to better ourselves through a shared enlightenment.![]()
. . . To these ends of diligent research and honest scholarship--we pledge ourselves, with the knowledge that this review is an entity representing high standards and a thorough understanding of-and respect for-the Law and the continued search for truth.
