The Newman Community is a student community that is centered around God. Though we are primarily a Roman Catholic organization, we welcome students of all faiths.

Newman organizes activities based on the themes of education, service, social togetherness, and worship. Activities include weekend retreats, community service events, picnics, and other educational and faithbuilding opportunities.

Most of all, Newman is about building lasting friendships. We share our hopes, our fears, and our dreams with each other as we love and serve the Lord.

Meetings are held at 7:15 pm every Wednesday at Christ the King University Parish, located on the corner of Stewart and Mill Streets. For meeting topics and a local map to our Parish Center, please see the schedule link on the left.

If you would like to join the Newman E-mail listserv, instructions are available here (doc).

"Have no anxiety at all, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, make your requests known to God. Then the peace of God that surpasses all understanding will guard your hearts and minds in Christ Jesus. "
Phil 4:6-7
