Obi made announcements about the Yamato Drummers coming to Athens. Buy tickets! It will be awesome!

Tori's only report was to make sure no one was having trouble with accessing the library. If you have problems, please email her or say something at the meeting.

Hanna's still working at getting OIT to fix the computer shut down problem.

Zabeth reminded us all that money for Ohayocon passes is due soon. It's 30 dollars for the 3day pass. We will figure out how much rooms are in winter quarter.

Melissa has put the minutes up on the website. Also, please give her your member info if you haven't already. She knows about at least 2 people who haven't done this yet.

Lisa (I didn't have anything to report Secretary-wise)

ISU is making a banner for homecoming. We are invited to help out (no one at the meeting really seemed into this...)

The big "activity" for this meeting was nominating shows for the Saturday showing.. We also decided to have 2 showing rooms, and 1 activity room. There should be another discussion post in this Facebook Group listing the shows. We will take more nominations next week. Also, start thinking about games/activities we could do in the Activity room.
