Officer Reports
1. Obi: none
2. Tori: A Berserk disc is missing from the library even though it is listed on the website library. We will discover it's location. Soon... Hopefully. If not, we'll make a new copy.
3. Hanna: OIT fixed the computer problems. FINALLY! However, Toshiba fails because the box for The Box got sent to the wrong address. It is getting rerouted here. Uptown Dog also fails. They are more expensive for t-shirts than they have been in the past. I am looking for cheaper places (possibly UniversiTees-we may need to make the t-shirt submissions into digital files). Lastly, the deadline for t-shirt designs are due this Friday at the showing (or before).
4. Zabeth: I got the badges for Ohayocon (the 27 people who turned in their money in time). You can still get a badge, but it will be $40/per badge unless we can get at least 10 people. If we do this, it will be $35/badge. Also, the bake sale is this weekend. If you are interested in getting involved in this and you weren't at the meeting, please contact Zabeth.
5. Melissa: The minutes are posted to the website and the Involvement Fair album is up.

Akai Hana plans: November 14th The cheaper food option in the restaurant are around 8 dollars. Bring more if you will eat more or if you want to get things at the bakeries or grocery store. Also, it's best to save cash for the bakeries as they don't always take credit cards. We need to arrange rides. Here is a tentative list of drivers and the passengers in their car.
