The goal of the logistics group is to make the project happen while enabling the technical groups to focus on technical issues. The specific areas of interest are as follows
Schedule: Responsible for generating and maintaining the project schedule.
Budget: Responsible for generating and maintaining the project budget. This includes overall budget for the house for the village as well as the budgets for the implementation trip and preparations.
Resources: Responsible for collecting resource needs of the project group and working with other group to see that those resources are procured. This includes equipment, supplies, training, and knowledge.
Team: Responsible for development of the team. This includes assessing the need for and arranging team building activities, and development and administration of EWB-Ohio project policies and procedures.
