The issue unfolds through poetic images where ice, water, vapor and clouds depict a theme of transformation, producing a mystic yet harsh atmosphere were Tomic captures the postcolonial trauma. “Unfinished Journeys” creates an understanding of the consequences of the colonization of Greenland for the Intuits’ identity as individuals and parts of a society.
