Training Schedule

Targeted training session information will be emailed and posted to this page prior to migration for all groups. Please watch out for these emails and check this page prior to your migration date.

If you would like a VoIP team member to come to your department for specific training this can be arranged by calling Service Desk at 3-1222.

You may also download the Cisco IP Phone Training PowerPoint Presentation here (pdf format).  This presentation will be reviewed during the training sessions, along with live demos of the phones and web resources.


Please note, training sessions normally last 1 hour.  We will reserve a room/location for 2 hours per session so we can end with questions/answers/discussions.
