Connecting to the Virtual Desktop

Before you can access the Virtual Desktop environment;

1. You must have a Virtual Desktop authorized for your use by a department administrator, faculty member, or OIT.
2. You must install the VMware View Client to facilitate your assigned virtual desktops.

You can get the VMware View client for Windows and Macintosh computers by using the links below. Before attempting to connect, please visit the Frequently Asked Questions web page, review the list of system requirements and decide which method of access is best for you. 

• Windows users click here for the Windows installation and select one of the non "local mode" options. If you need help determining if you have a 32 bit or 64 bit system, click here.
