ETC Computerized Testing

The Educational Testing Center offers the below computer based tests. All of the below tests are administered in the ETC, Computer Services Center 101A, 3 President Street, Athens, OH.

GRE General Test - Computer-Based

The GRE General Test measures verbal reasoning, quantitative reasoning, critical thinking, and analytical writing skills that have been acquired over a long period of time and that are not related to any specific field of study. Praxis I - Computer-Based

Pre-Professional Skills Assessments (PPST) are designed to measure basic skills in reading, writing, and mathematics and are used to evaluate individuals for entry into teacher education programs. Praxis II - Computer Delivered Subject Assessments

TOEFL - Computer-Based

The Test of English as a Foreign Language (TOEFL) is an Internet Based Test (IBT) that measures the ability of non-native speakers of English to use and understand English as it is spoken, written, and heard in college and university settings.
