Step 1

If you have any devices that save your OHIO e-mail password - smart phone, tablet/iPad, laptop, desktop, etc. - please read through the password change checklist before proceeding.  

Failure to do so could cause your account to become locked for a brief period of time.

Step 2

If you haven't set your secret challenge questions, then you will need to activate your account in the new system before you use the OHIO ID account management page.
