Data Warehouse Access

*** Note that the Registrar's Office is not approving most requests with the following response

I have received your request for access to the data warehouse. I am sorry, but given the relatively short time remaining before the demise of the warehouse and the significant learning curve required to create meaningful queries, the registrar's office will approve access on a very selective basis.  You should be able to access required information through the registrar's self-service reporting site. The required form to acquire an account can be found at the following URL:  http://www.ohio.edu/registrar/upload/Reporting_System_Access_Request.pdf. If you require reports that aren't available throught the self-service site, please contact Bill Mullins (mullins@ohio.edu).

End Note ***

Every Faculty or Staff member of Ohio University requesting access to the Data Warehouse is requested to complete two forms (listed below) and submit them to the Data Warehouse Administrator. The Data Warehouse Administrator will route the forms to the appropriate offices for approval. You must have Adobe Acrobat Reader software installed to view the following two forms:

Request for Access to the Data Warehouse (RADW) (PDF, 31KB) - includes the RADW form as well as a brief document explaining the contents of the Data Warehouse.

FERPA Compliance Statement (PDF, 10KB)

Instructions:
  1. Complete Sections I and II of the RADW form.
  2. Have your supervisor sign in Section III of the RADW form.
  3. Sign a FERPA Compliance form.
  4. Return both forms thru campus mail to:

Laura Dalton - Data Warehouse Administrator
    Application and Information Solutions
