1. Go to the Ad-Aware website listed above and choose the download which fits your needs best. Please note that only one download is available for free. (NOTE: If choosing the Free Download, follow the directions below.)  
   
2. Click on 'Free Download' and then 'Download Now'.
3. Save the file to your computer.
4. Once the file has been downloaded, double click on the installation file to begin.
5. Click 'Next'.
6. Agree to the License Agreement and click 'Next'.
7. Click 'Next' on the following 3 pages.
8. When the installation process if finished, ensure that all three boxes are marked and click 'Finish'.
   

Spybot Search and Destroy: (http://www.safer-networking.org/en/spybotsd/index.html)

1. Go to the Spybot Search and Destroy website listed above.
2. Scroll down to the section labeled 'Download' and click on the first 'download' link.
3. Select one of the 'Download Here' options.
4. Click on 'Download Spybot S&D' in the blue box.
5. When the file download has finished, select your preferred language and click 'OK'.
   
6. Click 'Next'.
   
7. Accept the license agreement and click 'Next'.
8. Click 'Next'.
   
9. Leave the installation preferences at their default and click 'Next' on the following three steps.
10. Click 'Install' to begin the installation.
11. Click 'Finish' to complete the installation.
