PUP-E Information for OIT Staff

• To Enter Hours: If you have been assigned to a project in PUP-E, go here to report weekly hours.
• Training: Log on to the WIKI to:
  • View a seven-minute PowerPoint training on how to use PUP-E online to enter project work hours, search for information, and more.
  • Download a short and informative pdf manual on the same topic.
  • PUP-E Keepers can download a PDF training manual here.
• Reporting: PUP-E, the Project Entry and Update tool, produces monthly reports. Reports available are as follows:
  • The Monthly Project Report,  which contains information on projects which were active in the last month.
  • The Monthly Member Report, which contains information about OIT staff alignment to active projects.
  • The Completed Projects Report, which shows projects which have been recently completed or abandoned.

NOTE: If you have trouble opening any of the reports, try right clicking them and saving them to your hard drive before opening.
